Owners Mike & Carol Crouch entered the pawn industry in the late 60s, opening a mom and pop shop before they opened Diamond Jewelry & Loan in 1998.  When asked why the customers of Greater Area of Houston love Diamond Jewelry & Loan so much, Victor says it’s because of the customer service. Victor, who has been at Diamond Jewelry & Loan for 15 years says, “Besides our incredible and unbeatable prices, the commitment to providing customers customer service from the moment they step into our showroom is unrivaled.

Diamond Jewelry & Loan also has a gun license which enables them to buy used guns and offer pawn loans from the general public. Most of the guns they buy or offer loans for have been from customers that use PawnGuru.
