If you are a pawn broker and haven’t yet registered your shop on PawnGuru, you likely aren’t maximizing the amount of customers and deals you receive through the internet. You can sign up for PawnGuru through the banner below.
Alright, shop owners! Let’s get started. Below, you will find a list of handy YouTube tutorials we created just for you. These quickly explain how to perform each of the corresponding actions you see below pertaining to the management of your PawnGuru shop account.
In order to see the requests customers are making in your local area, you need to log in to PawnGuru. This is an important step toward getting more customers and making more deals. You’ll be able to see the photo, name of the item and a description, as well as the type of request (pawn, sell or buy).

To update your PawnGuru shop profile preferences, you need to visit the settings in your user portal. Here, you can set preferences such as indicating the items for which you do or don’t want to receive requests. This is also how you can complete or update your public shop profile, including the description of your shop, photo, contact information, social media links and more.

The History Tab in PawnGuru is where you can see pawn customer request history. This includes completed deals, pending requests and past requests that you declined.

From time you time, you might receive requests from customers that you’re just not interested in. In order to remove this item from your shop view, you will mark it as “not interested” or click the “x” in the top corner of the item photo. This is essentially how you decline the request.

When you complete a deal with a customer, you need to mark it as completed within your shop portal. This would happen right after you and your customer make an exchange in person for the requested item.
